Toxic Isolation

Updated: Aug 13

Narcissism at its core is control. The behaviors to achieve this control are intentionally confusing and dangerous. Identifying red flags and listening to their warnings is at the start of building confidence and asserting needs.

Much of my coaching centers around the fallout from toxic relationships... family, co-workers and partners. The adverse behaviors from these important relationships can leave people feeling afraid and with a strong draw to toxic isolation... loneliness.

It is difficult to become aware these relationships are part of an inner circle and necessary to avoid the repeated fallout. Painful but worth it.

Understanding the motivations behind confusing behaviors allows for the breakaway without guilt, shame or fear. It is the antidote to loneliness.
